Jinesh has worked in the finance and planning groups of various top tier technology companies in India such as HCL Technologies, Patni Computer Systems and Datamatics Technologies. He has also been a key member of the entrepreneurial team at HCL Technologies’and Patni's BPO businesses. He was a core team member to lead Patni’s IPO and was involved in its M&A activities. At Datamatics, he was heading the treasury and M&A function.

Jinesh has a Masters in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelors of Commerce from Mumbai University. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
